Welcome to Qidient ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Qidient website, mobile application, and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use Qidient, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Qidient acts as a digital marketplace connecting users.

• Do not own listed properties

• Are not a party to contracts between users
• Do not guarantee the success of transactions

All negotiations and agreements occur directly between users.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

If premium features, featured listings, or subscriptions are offered:

• Fees must be paid in full before activation
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers
• Subscription terms (monthly, yearly, etc.) will be clearly stated
• Unless otherwise specified, fees are non-refundable

Qidient reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform
• Scrape or extract data without permission
• Circumvent platform fees or policies

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

• Branding
• Logo
• Design
• Software
• Text and graphics

is owned by Qidient or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Qidient a non-exclusive license to display and promote listings.

9. Verification and Compliance

Qidient may implement identity or listing verification processes.

Users agree to provide requested documentation where required.

Failure to comply may result in listing removal or account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qidient shall not be liable for:

• User disputes
• Fraudulent activities by users
• Losses arising from property transactions
• Inaccurate listings
• Platform downtime
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users agree that they use the Platform at their own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qidient, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove listings
• Restrict access

if a user violates these Terms or engages in harmful conduct.

Users may request account deletion, subject to pending obligations.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal action, users agree to:

• Contact Qidient support for mediation

We may introduce arbitration procedures in the future.

16. Modifications to Terms

Qidient reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
